Since the fall semester is back in session and summer vacations have finished, we know you're as excited as us to get back into the lab! We've got just what you need to help you get back to the bench - so dust off your lab coat and check out Addgene's Intro to the Lab Bench! This brand new series consists of educational modules specifically designed for training new lab members. Inside each module you will find written protocols, videos, and quizzes on the basics you need to get started in the lab. More protocols will be added throughout the school year, so start learning and let us know what you want to see next.

Announcing the winners of the 2021 Michael Davidson and Roger Tsien Commemorative Conference Awards

Every two years, we seek applications for awards to early career scientists using fluorescent proteins in their research. These awards offset the cost of conference attendance while honoring the late Michael Davidson and Roger Tsien who played enormous roles in the development and dissemination of fluorescent protein tools. We are excited to announce this year’s five winners.
