We've been feeling the heat waves here in Boston - but Addgene kept cool with new antibodies, new content, and planning our booth for the SFN’s 2022 Neuroscience conference in San Diego. Our fabulous science support and content teams will be at booth #3105, complete with Addgene swag, information on our antibodies and data hubs, and more! Building a Bioinformatics Pipeline

Addgene generates nearly 300 sequences a week as part of our QC pipeline - a hefty load! We recently custom-built a new bioinformatics pipeline using Seqera’s Nextflow software - read all about it on our blog.

If you were in Paris for FENS 2022, Europe’s largest international neuroscience conference, you may have seen Addgenie Klaus (along with Addgene mascot Blugene!) There, Klaus congratulated our 2021 Michael Davidson and Roger Tsien Commemorative Conference Award winner, Haoyi Qiu!  He also enjoyed presentations from Addgene depositors Marianne Fyhn (all plasmids), Karine Loulier (MAGIC marker plasmids), Sara Meros (Melanopsin plasmids), and many more!
